About Me

Early in my midwifery career, I quickly realised that supporting families with infant feeding was where my passion truly lay. Over the years, I gained a wide range of experience caring for families through varying feeding journeys, challenges and successes, which ultimately led me to train as a Lactation Consultant.

As a Lactation Consultant, I have a deep understanding of the importance of oral function and the far-reaching impact that feeding difficulties, oral dysfunction and unresolved tongue-ties can have on both babies and their families. I feel incredibly privileged to support families through these challenges and am passionate about helping parents find feeding solutions that feel achievable, supportive and right for them — regardless of circumstance or feeding method.

At home, my most important role is being a mum to three children — one born very prematurely and twins. Feeding my own children came with its own unique joys and challenges. They were all fed in different ways at different times. These experiences not only built upon my professional knowledge, but also gave me a personal understanding of just how emotional and overwhelming feeding journeys can sometimes feel.

Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, expressing or still finding your way, you deserve support that feels safe, informed and kind. My support is always evidence-based, whilst remaining respectful of your choices, your circumstances and your family’s individual needs.
